Hotel nice and clean staff is good specially that reception guy Saber very kind and polite when we left forgot our stuff back he call immediately and handed over. Very helpful
Internet Wi-Fi is very poor no wifi No phone network inside rooms barely we got network.
The location, the quietness, staff hospitality, prices and supermarket in the same building.
Nothing were in the kitchenette, no spoons, no cups, no water, coffee or sugar. Also there were no mark for Qibla direction.
Possible enhancements: - Adding essential silverware (spoon, knife, etc), and a microwave oven.- Adding a small desk for laptop.
Staff is very good and Cooperative.

Ease of getting a room
No consideration for travellers checking in early morning as our flight timings are very early to Riyadh. The system of check-in & Check-out need to be aborted and hourly based system must be applied in all big cities.
